What Our Guarantee Covers

If a DHS Quality Part is found to be defective in parts or workmanship under normal use, we will:

✔ Replace the part with an OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) equivalent at no additional cost, if available.

✔ Refund your original purchase price upon return and evaluation of the defective part.

Definition of "Fails Under Normal Use"

A part is considered to have failed under normal use if:

  • It experiences structural, mechanical, or functional failure when used according to manufacturer specifications and under standard operating conditions.
  • It is installed properly, following recommended installation procedures, and used for its intended purpose.
  • It does not fail due to improper installation, misuse, excessive wear, or external damage (such as accidents, environmental conditions, or modifications).

Important Note on Correct Part Selection

Our Quality Parts Guarantee applies only when the correct part has been purchased for its intended equipment and application.

If an incorrect part is ordered — and as a result, it does not fit, function properly, or causes issues — this is not covered under our guarantee. Exclusions & Limitations

The DHS Quality Parts Guarantee does not cover failures due to:
✖ Incorrect installation or improper maintenance that deviates from manufacturer guidelines.
✖ Use in extreme, unintended, or unauthorized conditions.
✖ Tampering, alterations, or modifications.
✖ Accidental damage, impact, or external environmental factors.
✖ Normal wear and tear beyond reasonable use expectations.
✖ Incorrect part selection for the intended equipment or use.

How to Make a Claim

  2. Provide Proof of Failure – We may request photos, installation details, or diagnostic reports to assess the claim.

  3. Return the Defective Part – If approved, you will receive instructions for returning the part for evaluation.

  4. Replacement or Refund Processing – Upon verification, we will proceed with a replacement or refund, depending on product availability and situation.
