Pricing Policy

DHS Equipment offers more than 500,000 parts on our website, however they are not all stocked in our South Florida warehouse. If a part does not show an actual picture of the item, it is likely that item that would drop ship from the manufacturer. If your order is time-sensitive, please contact us first for availability, pricing, and delivery timeline.


At any time, without notice, the manufacturer or distributor may change the price of a part. We try to maintain the most current pricing available. However, this is something that is beyond our control. Prices stated do not include any sales, use or excise tax or any other tax, duty or charge which is now in effect or may be hereafter imposed by any Federal, State or other authority. All such taxes, duties, or other charges shall be paid by the buyer unless an appropriate tax exemption certificate is produced.

Tax exemption policy cannot be applied to GUEST accounts. No refunds for taxes will be given for any guest accounts on checkout.


At any time, without notice, the manufacturer or distributor may change, supersede, or discontinue a part number. As with pricing, we try to maintain the most current part number and note any part number changes. It is outside of our control if a manufacturer or distributor chooses to change or discontinue a part number.


In rare occurences, some products may be backordered by the manufacturer. We try update our inventory as quickly as possible when an item is placed on backorder. If an item you purchased is on backorder, you will be notified immediately via email.

In addition, OEM parts are special order items from the manufacturer. Although we maintain a large inventory, it's very difficult to stock millions of parts. In this case, you will be notified that your order may require additional processing time. However, most OEM orders process as normal.
