LIMITED WARRANTY

DHS Equipment warrants its parts to be free from defect in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 30 days from date of purchase. Liability under this warranty is limited to replacement of parts or refund. This warranty shall not apply to any part which DHS Equipment, in its sole judgment, determines whether the part has been subject to misuse or improper installation. The DHS Equipment warranty is superseded and voided by the manufacturer warranty. DHS Equipment shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising out of misuse, abuse, lack of reasonable care, or misapplication of products offered for sale.

EQUIPMENT WARRANTY

DHS Equipment provides warranty support as an authorized dealer for Core Bore, Core Cut, Diamond Products, EDCO, Honda Engines, Husqvarna Construction Products, MK Diamond, Multiquip, N.E.D. Blades, and Wacker Neuson. In addition, your local authorized dealer can provide any warranty support necessary.

CARBURETOR WARRANTY AND RETURNS

Installed carburetors are not returnable. No exceptions.

Carburetors have a 30 day warranty on materials and craftsmanship. Manufacturers will not honor any warranty on carburetors that have been disassembled, tampered with, or has signs of dirt, debris, or water contamination.

DHS Equipment does not determine if an OEM carburetor will be covered under warranty. That is at the discretion of the manufacturer. DHS Equipment only assists in the processing of the warranty claim with the appropriate manufacturer.

A carburetor warranty can be processed two ways:

  • The fastest method is to order a replacement carburetor while we process your warranty claim.

DHS Equipment will start the warranty process with the manufacturer on your behalf. Sometimes the manufacturer will warranty the carburetor without needing it back, but sometimes they will ask for us to return the carburetor.

If the manufacturer requests that the carburetor be returned, it is the customers’ responsibility to return the carburetor to the manufacturer using the return authorization that DHS Equipment provides.

Once the carburetor is inspected or tested, it is at the discretion of the manufacturer if the carburetor will be covered under the warranty claim. If the carburetor is warrantied, DHS Equipment will refund the cost of the carburetor and shipping paid by the customer. Shipping reimbursement will not exceed standard ground shipping.

If the carburetor is not covered by warranty, no refund will be issued for the carburetor or shipping.

  • The slower method is to file a warranty claim and wait for a determination from the manufacturer.
