-
Mandatory RMA: Core returns cannot be processed without an RMA due to manufacturer guidelines.
-
Timely Filing: Warranty claims should be submitted immediately to facilitate manufacturer support.
-
Return Deadline: The item must be returned within 7 days of receiving your warranty claim. Returns submitted after this period may result in forfeiture of warranty or core credit.
-
Packaging Requirements: If applicable, cores should be returned in the original packaging that accompanied the replacement part.

Carburetor Returns and Warranty
Please note the following specific guidelines for carburetors:
-
No Returns on Installed Carburetors: Once installed, carburetors are non-returnable.
-
Warranty Terms: Carburetors come with a 30-day warranty covering materials and workmanship.
-
Warranty Limitations: The manufacturer will not honor a warranty if the carburetor has been disassembled, altered, or shows signs of contamination (e.g., dirt, debris, or water).
Warranty Process:
-
Method 1– Replacement Order: The quickest option is to order a replacement carburetor while we process your warranty claim. DHS Equipment will initiate the warranty claim with the manufacturer. Depending on the manufacturer’s assessment, the carburetor may not need to be returned. However, if a return is requested, you are responsible for shipping it back. If approved, we will refund the cost of the carburetor and the shipping (up to standard ground shipping limits).
-
Method 2 – Warranty Claim: Alternatively, you may file a warranty claim and await the manufacturer’s decision. If the manufacturer requires the carburetor to be returned, you must follow the return instructions provided. If the claim is approved, we will ship a replacement carburetor at no extra charge via standard ground shipping.
