The Bomag 77053213 Empty Battery is a genuine OEM replacement designed for the BW 212 D-2 single drum roller. Sourced directly from Bomag, this battery delivers the correct form, fit, and electrical specifications your machine requires. As an OEM component, it meets the same standards as the original unit installed at the factory, giving you confidence that your BW 212 D-2 will start reliably and operate as intended. Key Features
- Genuine OEM Electrical Spec — sourced directly from Bomag to match the correct voltage, capacity, and terminal configuration for the BW 212 D-2 single drum roller
- Direct-Fit Replacement — engineered to seat in the OEM battery tray and connect to the existing terminals without modification
- Verified Fitment — confirmed compatibility with the Bomag BW 212 D-2 single drum roller; always cross-reference part number 77053213 with your serial number
- Consistent Cranking Power — a correctly specified battery ensures reliable engine start-up and stable electrical output to onboard systems, keeping your roller productive through demanding compaction work
- Electrical System Protection — an undersized or mismatched battery can cause voltage irregularities that stress the alternator and sensitive control electronics; using the correct OEM unit safeguards the entire electrical system
The battery is the primary electrical storage component on the BW 212 D-2, supplying the cranking current needed to start the engine and supporting the machine's electrical systems — lighting, controls, and safety circuits — while the engine is running. A battery that is weak, incorrectly sized, or at end of life will cause hard starting, erratic instrument behavior, and can place excessive load on the charging system. Replacing a failed battery with the correct Bomag 77053213 unit restores full electrical capacity and protects downstream components from the strain of an inadequate power supply.
