The Bomag 05571581 Wiper Blade is a genuine OEM replacement designed for a wide range of Bomag single drum rollers, tandem rollers, and pneumatic tyred rollers. Sourced directly from Bomag, this wiper blade delivers an exact match to the original component, ensuring correct fitment across compatible machines including BW 177 D-5, BW 177 DH-5, BW 177 PDH-5, BW 145 D-5, BW 145 DH-5, BW 145 PDH-5, BW 138 AD-5, BW 138 AC-5, BW 135 AD-5, and BW 11 RH-5 models. As a genuine Bomag part, part number 05571581 meets the same material and dimensional specifications as the blade installed at the factory, so operators get the visibility and sweep performance they depend on every shift.
Key Features
- Genuine OEM Material Match — manufactured to the same rubber compound and blade profile as the original, delivering consistent wiping contact and streak-free sweep in wet and dusty site conditions
- Direct Drop-In Replacement — mounts to the original wiper arm without modification, aligning precisely with the windshield curvature on compatible Bomag rollers
- Broad Model Coverage — fits BW 177-series and BW 145-series single drum rollers including PL variants, BW 138 AD-5 and BW 138 AC-5 tandem rollers, BW 135 AD-5, and the BW 11 RH-5 pneumatic tyred roller
- Operator Visibility Where It Counts — a worn or cracked wiper blade leaves streaks and smears across the cab glass, reducing the operator's sightline to the drum edge and surrounding work zone; a fresh blade restores a clear, unobstructed view
- Safety-Critical Cab Component — clear visibility is essential for safe compaction work near personnel, obstacles, and grade changes; replacing a degraded blade is a straightforward step that supports safe machine operation
The wiper blade clears rain, mud spray, and dust from the cab windshield so the operator can maintain a clear view of the drum, the compaction pass, and the surrounding work area. Over time, the blade's rubber edge hardens, cracks, or wears unevenly, causing streaking and reduced visibility rather than a clean sweep. Replacing this component with a genuine Bomag part restores full wiper function and keeps the operator's sightline sharp through demanding outdoor conditions.
