The Bomag 00557601 Plastic Tube is a genuine OEM component designed for a wide range of Bomag single drum rollers, tandem rollers, refuse/landfill compactors, soil compactors, and recycler/stabilizers — including BW-series models such as the BW 172 D-2, BW 213 D-5, BW 226 PDH-5, and BW 219 DH-5, as well as BC-series machines including the BC 601 RB, BC 671 RS, BC 472 RB, and BC 771 RB. Sourced directly from Bomag, this plastic tube meets the same specifications as the original part it replaces, ensuring a correct, trouble-free installation. With part number 00557601 cross-referenced directly to your machine's bill of materials, you can order with confidence knowing this is the exact component your equipment requires.
Key Features
- Genuine OEM Sourcing — manufactured by Bomag to the same material and dimensional standards as the original tube, ensuring consistent flow characteristics and secure connections in your machine's fluid or air routing system
- Broad Fitment Coverage — fits a wide range of Bomag equipment, including BW-series single drum rollers (BW 177 DH-4 through BW 226 PDH-5), the BW 164 AD tandem roller, BC-series refuse/landfill compactors including the BC 472 RB variant group, BC 771 RB, and BC 601 RS, the BC 462 EB soil compactor, and MPH 125, MPH 600, and RS 650 recycler/stabilizers
- Direct OEM Replacement — replaces the original plastic tube using existing mounting points and connection fittings, keeping installation straightforward with no reworking of surrounding components
- Routing Integrity Preserved — a correctly installed tube maintains proper fluid or air delivery to downstream components; a cracked, kinked, or deteriorated tube can cause pressure loss, fluid leaks, or system faults that interrupt machine operation
- Exact Part Number Match — part number 00557601 is verified against Bomag's OEM catalog, eliminating guesswork and reducing the risk of ordering an incompatible component
A plastic tube in heavy compaction equipment serves as a dedicated conduit for routing fluids, air, or electrical conduit protection between system components — keeping lines organized, protected from abrasion, and correctly directed to their connection points. When a tube cracks, splits, or becomes brittle from heat and age, it can allow leaks, contamination, or pressure loss that affects the performance of the system it serves. Replacing a worn or damaged tube promptly with the correct OEM part restores the integrity of that routing path and helps prevent secondary damage to connected components.
