Honda 16040-ZA0-702 Gasket Set

The Honda 16040-ZA0-702 Gasket Set is a genuine OEM component designed for ES6500 and EX5500 generators and the H4514 lawn tractor. As a direct Honda OEM part, this gasket set is manufactured to the exact specifications required for correct sealing and long-term performance across all covered applications. Honda supersedes parts at serial breaks, so confirm your machine's serial number against the fitment table before ordering. This set delivers the sealing integrity a fresh service or rebuild demands — no improvised substitutes, no fitment guesswork.

Key Features

• Genuine OEM Sealing Integrity — manufactured by Honda to match the exact material grade and clamping geometry of the original gaskets, ensuring consistent compression sealing across all mating surfaces in the covered applications.
• Direct OEM Replacement — this part installs as a direct replacement with no adaptation needed, designed to fit part number 16040-ZA0-702 applications exactly as the original.
• Broad Application Coverage — fits ES6500 and EX5500 generators and the H4514 lawn tractor; verify your serial number against the fitment table to confirm the correct set for your unit.
• Restored Fuel System Seal — worn or deteriorated gaskets allow fuel leaks and air ingestion that disrupt metering and cause hard starting or rough running; a fresh set restores the tight, leak-free sealing the fuel system depends on.

A gasket set packages all the sealing elements required for a fuel system service or rebuild in one kit. In a generator or lawn tractor application, these gaskets form the critical seals between fuel system components — preventing fuel from leaking past mating surfaces and stopping unmetered air from entering the fuel circuit. When gaskets harden, crack, or compress unevenly over time, the result is fuel seepage, erratic engine behavior, or a unit that won't hold a steady idle. Replacing the full set at once rather than individual pieces ensures every sealing surface is renewed at the same time, reducing the likelihood of a comeback caused by an overlooked worn gasket.
