The Honda 17231-Z37-000 Air Cleaner Cover is a genuine OEM replacement designed for the EU7000 inverter generator. Sourced directly from Honda, this cover matches the original component exactly, ensuring the air cleaner assembly seals and functions as intended from the factory. If your EU7000's air cleaner cover is cracked, broken, or missing, this is the correct Honda part to restore your generator to proper working order.
Key Features
- Genuine Honda OEM — manufactured to Honda's original specifications, so the fit, finish, and function match what came on your EU7000 from the factory
- Correct Air Filtration Enclosure — properly enclosing the air cleaner element is essential for keeping unfiltered air out of the engine; a compromised cover allows dirt and debris into the intake, accelerating internal wear
- Direct Fitment for the EU7000 — designed specifically for the EU7000 inverter generator; verify your unit's serial number against the fitment table to confirm this is the right cover for your production range
The air cleaner cover is the outer housing that encloses and protects the air filtration element on the EU7000 inverter generator. It keeps debris, moisture, and foreign material away from the filter and intake path, allowing the engine to draw in only clean, filtered air. When the cover is cracked or missing, contaminated air can bypass the filter entirely, leading to accelerated engine wear and reduced performance over time.
