The Honda 17630-Z37-000 Fuel Meter Assembly is a genuine OEM component designed for the EU7000 inverter generator. As a direct Honda OEM part, it is manufactured to the exact specification of the original unit it replaces, ensuring accurate fuel level reading without adaptation or guesswork. If your EU7000's fuel gauge has stopped responding or is reading incorrectly, this assembly is the correct replacement to restore full instrument function.
Key Features
- Genuine Honda OEM — sourced directly from Honda, this assembly matches the original part in every measurable respect, delivering the accurate fuel metering the EU7000 depends on for reliable generator operation.
- Exact-Fit Replacement — engineered to the same dimensions and connector configuration as the factory-installed unit, this part installs into the EU7000 without rework or modification to the fuel tank assembly.
- Restore Accurate Fuel Monitoring — a failed or sluggish fuel meter leaves operators guessing on remaining runtime; this assembly restores clear, responsive fuel level indication so the generator can be managed with confidence.
- Confirm Your Serial Number — Honda updates parts at production serial breaks, so verify your EU7000 serial number against the fitment table before ordering to ensure part number 17630-Z37-000 is correct for your unit.
The Fuel Meter Assembly on the EU7000 inverter generator gives the operator a live readout of the fuel level remaining in the tank. It works by translating the position of a float inside the fuel tank into a gauge reading on the control panel, allowing the operator to anticipate refueling needs before the generator shuts down unexpectedly. When the assembly fails — whether through a stuck float, a faulty sender, or a broken connection — the gauge either reads empty at all times, reads full regardless of actual fuel level, or becomes unresponsive altogether, removing a key piece of operational information during use.
