The Honda 17701-Z03-000 Fuel Tank Tube is a genuine OEM component designed for EB2500, EB3000, EM2500, and EM3000 generators. As a direct Honda OEM part, it is manufactured to the exact specifications of the original, ensuring a correct fit and consistent fuel delivery. This fuel tank tube is a direct drop-in replacement for the factory part, confirmed for compatibility across the EB2500, EB3000, EM2500, and EM3000 generator models. Always verify your unit's serial number against the fitment table before ordering, as Honda periodically revises parts at production breaks.
Key Features
- Genuine OEM Construction — manufactured by Honda to the same specification as the original tube, ensuring consistent fuel line routing and secure connections throughout the fuel system.
- Direct Replacement Fit — engineered to match the original mounting points and dimensions on EB2500, EB3000, EM2500, and EM3000 generators, requiring no adaptation during installation.
- Broad Generator Compatibility — a single OEM part covering four Honda generator models, including both the EB and EM series conventional generators.
- Serial Number Verification Recommended — Honda updates parts at specific production intervals, so confirm your generator's serial number against the fitment table to ensure part number 17701-Z03-000 is correct for your unit.
The fuel tank tube routes fuel from the tank to the fuel system on Honda's conventional generators, forming a critical link in the supply path that keeps fuel moving to the engine at a steady, controlled rate. A cracked, hardened, or deteriorated tube can introduce air into the fuel line or cause fuel to leak, leading to hard starting, inconsistent engine output, or the generator shutting down under load. Replacing a worn tube with this genuine OEM part restores the integrity of the fuel path and helps the generator deliver stable power output.
