The Honda 19103-PD1-000 Reserve Tank Hose is a genuine OEM Reserve Tank Hose designed for EV4010, EV6010, and EVD4010 RV generators. Sourced directly from Honda, this part is manufactured to the same standards as the original component installed on your unit. If your current hose is cracked, collapsed, or leaking, replacing it with part number 19103-PD1-000 ensures a direct, correct-fit restoration. Honda supersedes parts at production breaks, so confirm your generator's serial number against the fitment table before ordering.
Key Features
- Genuine OEM Construction — manufactured by Honda to match the original hose specification, ensuring correct diameter, length, and connection compatibility for the cooling and reserve tank circuit on your RV generator.
- Direct OEM Replacement — this hose drops into the original routing without adaptation, restoring the reserve tank connection exactly as Honda designed it.
- Broad RV Generator Coverage — fits EV4010, EV6010, and EVD4010 RV generators; check your serial number against the fitment table to confirm the correct application for your unit.
- Leak-Free Coolant Management — a failed or deteriorated reserve tank hose can cause coolant loss and potential overheating; this replacement keeps the cooling circuit sealed and functioning as intended.
The reserve tank hose connects the engine's cooling system overflow point to the coolant reserve tank, allowing the system to breathe as coolant expands and contracts with temperature changes. When the engine heats up, excess coolant is pushed into the reserve tank through this hose; as it cools, the system draws that fluid back in to maintain the correct coolant level. A cracked, kinked, or deteriorated hose breaks this cycle, leading to coolant loss, air ingestion into the cooling circuit, and the risk of the generator running hot.
