The Honda 19502-ZB5-000 Lower Water Hose is a genuine OEM replacement designed for EV4010, EV6010, and EVD4010 RV generators. As an authentic Honda part, it is manufactured to the same specification as the hose that left the factory, ensuring a proper seal and correct routing within the cooling system. Confirm your generator's model against the fitment table before ordering, as Honda sometimes supersedes parts at production breaks.
Key Features
- Genuine OEM Cooling System Integrity — sourced directly from Honda, this hose is built to the same dimensions and material specification as the original, maintaining the correct flow and sealing performance the cooling circuit depends on.
- Exact-Match Replacement — engineered to the precise routing and end dimensions of the original lower hose, this part connects without modification to the cooling system of EV4010, EV6010, and EVD4010 RV generators.
- Cooling System Health — a deteriorated or leaking lower water hose can cause coolant loss and overheating; replacing it with this genuine part restores proper coolant flow and protects the generator's engine from heat damage.
- Serial Number Verification Recommended — Honda updates parts at production breaks, so check your generator's serial number against the fitment table to confirm part number 19502-ZB5-000 is the correct hose for your unit.
The lower water hose carries coolant between the engine block and the lower connection point of the cooling circuit in Honda's EV-series RV generators. It works continuously under heat and pressure, and over time the hose material can harden, crack, or swell at the ends, leading to coolant leaks. A compromised hose starves the engine of proper cooling, which can result in overheating and costly internal damage — making timely replacement with a correctly sized OEM hose essential to keeping the generator running safely.
