The Honda 42310-752-000 Axle Shaft is a genuine OEM replacement designed for H5013, H5518, and RT5000 multi-purpose tractors. As a direct Honda OEM component, this axle shaft is manufactured to the same specification as the part that left the factory, ensuring a proper fit within the drivetrain of your tractor. This part fits H5013, H5518, and RT5000 models — verify your unit's serial number against the fitment table before ordering, as Honda supersedes components at specific serial breaks.
Key Features
- Genuine Honda OEM — sourced directly from Honda, this axle shaft meets the exact dimensional and material requirements of the original component it replaces.
- Direct-Fit Replacement — engineered to install into H5013, H5518, and RT5000 multi-purpose tractors without modification, restoring proper drivetrain function.
- Serial Number Matters — Honda updates parts at production serial breaks, so cross-check your tractor's serial number against the compatibility table to confirm this is the correct shaft for your machine.
- Drivetrain Integrity — a worn or damaged axle shaft can cause loss of power transfer to the drive wheels, uneven traction, or mechanical noise; replacing it promptly keeps the tractor performing as intended.
The axle shaft is the rotating component that transfers power from the tractor's transmission or final drive to the drive wheels. It bears both the rotational load needed to move the machine and the lateral forces imposed during turning and uneven terrain operation. When an axle shaft wears, bends, or breaks, the affected wheel loses drive power and the tractor may pull to one side or become unable to move under load — making timely replacement essential to keeping the machine operational in the field.
