The Honda 50315-Z30-305ZA Right Side Frame (COO) (Mat Black) is a genuine OEM structural component designed for EG4000, EG5000, and EG6500 generators. As a direct Honda OEM part, it carries the correct finish, dimensions, and mounting geometry to match the original frame assembly exactly. Confirm the model and serial number on your unit against the fitment table before ordering, as Honda supersedes and updates frame components at production breaks. This part is sourced directly through Honda's OEM supply chain, ensuring an authentic fit for the generators listed.
Key Features
- Genuine OEM Construction — sourced directly from Honda, this frame component meets the original design specification for the EG-series generator lineup, not a generic approximation.
- Correct Color Match — supplied in Mat Black to match the factory appearance of the EG4000, EG5000, and EG6500 generator housings; no refinishing or color correction needed.
- Direct OEM Replacement — engineered to the original profile and mounting points for the right side frame position, allowing straightforward installation without modification.
- Serial Number Verification Recommended — Honda updates frame parts at production breaks, so cross-check your generator's serial number against the fitment table to confirm part number 50315-Z30-305ZA is correct for your unit.
The side frame on a Honda generator forms part of the protective outer structure that surrounds and supports the engine, alternator, and fuel system components. It shields internal parts from impact and provides the mounting points that hold the generator's housing together as a rigid, portable unit. When a side frame is cracked, broken, or missing — whether from a drop, impact, or long-term wear — the overall structural integrity of the generator is compromised, leaving internal components exposed and the unit difficult to transport safely. Replacing a damaged frame with this genuine Honda part restores the original enclosure geometry and keeps the generator's assembly sound.
