The Honda 90091-ZB4-003 Bolt-Washer (5X155) is a genuine OEM fastener designed for Honda generators including the EB3500, EG3500, EM3500, EV4010, EV6010, EVD4010, and EX3300. As a direct Honda OEM component, this bolt-washer is manufactured to the exact dimensions Honda specifies for these units, ensuring correct seating and clamping when reinstalled. Confirm your generator's serial number against the fitment table before ordering, as Honda updates part numbers at production breaks and this listing covers a specific revision.
Key Features
- Genuine OEM Fastener — sourced directly from Honda, so the thread pitch, shank length, and integrated washer bearing surface match what came off the production line.
- Exact Dimensional Fit — the 5X155 designation identifies this bolt's specific size; verify this matches the fastener you are replacing before installing.
- Broad Generator Coverage — listed for Honda EB3500, EG3500, EM3500, EV4010, EV6010, EVD4010, and EX3300 generators; check your serial number against the fitment table to confirm applicability to your unit.
- Serial Number Awareness — Honda supersedes hardware at production breaks, so matching your generator's serial number to the fitment data is the most reliable way to confirm this is the correct bolt-washer for your machine.
A bolt-washer is a single fastener that combines a machine bolt with an integral washer flange at the head. The flange distributes clamping load across a broader surface area than a standard bolt head alone, helping maintain consistent joint tension over time. When the correct fastener is used, panel and component assemblies stay firmly seated through the vibration cycles a generator experiences during normal operation; using an incorrect size can result in uneven clamping or fastener failure.
