The Honda 90502-898-000 Air Cleaner Washer is a genuine OEM component designed for EM1600, EM1800, EM2200, EV4010, EV6010, and EVD4010 generators. As a direct Honda OEM part, it is manufactured to the exact specifications required for these generators, ensuring a correct fit without guesswork. Always confirm the part number 90502-898-000 against your generator's serial number and parts diagram before ordering, as Honda supersedes parts at production breaks.
Key Features
- Genuine OEM Fit — sourced directly from Honda, this washer meets the dimensional requirements of the air cleaner assembly on these generators
- Broad Generator Coverage — listed for EM1600, EM1800, EM2200, EV4010, EV6010, and EVD4010 generators, including Honda's RV generator line
- Serial Number Verification Recommended — Honda updates parts at production serial breaks, so cross-check your generator's serial number against the fitment table to confirm this is the correct washer for your unit
The air cleaner washer is a small but necessary hardware component within the air cleaner assembly on these generators. It provides the correct seating and retention at the air cleaner mounting point, helping to keep the assembly properly secured. When this washer is missing or damaged, the air cleaner may not seat correctly, which can allow unfiltered air to enter and affect engine performance over time.
