The Honda 90530-V09-A01 Star Washer is a genuine OEM replacement designed for the HA4118 and HA4120 lawn tractors. As an authentic Honda part, it is manufactured to the same standards as the original component that left the factory with your machine. Sourced directly through Honda's OEM supply chain, this star washer is the correct specification for these tractors — confirm your serial number against the fitment table to ensure this is the right listing for your unit.
Key Features
- Genuine OEM Honda — an authentic Honda part, not an approximation.
- Exact Fitment for HA4118 and HA4120 — listed for Honda HA4118 and HA4120 lawn tractors; check your serial number against the fitment table before ordering, as Honda supersedes parts at serial breaks.
- Direct Replacement — drops in where the original star washer was fitted, with no rework or modification needed to complete the job.
A star washer is a hardened fastener component whose serrated edges bite into the mating surfaces on either side as it is torqued down, resisting loosening from vibration. On a lawn tractor like the HA4118 and HA4120, where drive and cutting operations generate sustained vibration, this locking action keeps the fastener assembly secure over time. A worn or flattened star washer loses its bite, allowing fasteners to work loose during operation.
