The Genie 1284520GT is a genuine OEM Fuel Hose, 1/2" ID, 3.00" LG built for the Z-34/22 IC articulating boom lift. Sourced directly from Genie, this replacement hose matches the original specification for inner diameter and length, ensuring it seats and seals correctly in the fuel line position it was designed to occupy. Confirm part number 1284520GT against your machine's parts manual to verify it is the correct item for your unit before ordering.
Key Features
- OEM-Grade Fuel Line Material — Manufactured to Genie's original material spec, this hose is rated for fuel contact and resists the degradation that causes cracking, swelling, or weeping over time.
- Exact Length and Bore Match — At 1/2" ID and 3.00" in length, this hose installs directly in place of the original without trimming or adaptation, maintaining correct flow area and connection integrity.
- Designed for the Z-34/22 IC — Built to fit the Z-34/22 IC articulating boom lift, so the routing, end connections, and mounting clearances align with the original installation.
- Fuel System Integrity — A sound fuel hose delivers consistent fuel supply to the engine. A cracked, pinched, or deteriorated hose restricts flow or allows fuel to leak, leading to hard starts, rough running, or a hazardous fuel leak condition.
A fuel hose carries fuel from one point in the fuel delivery circuit to another — typically between a tank, filter, or engine connection — and must maintain a leak-free seal under the temperature cycling and vibration common to boom lift operation. Because fuel hoses are manufactured to precise inner diameter and length dimensions, substituting an incorrect size compromises flow and fit. When a fuel hose cracks, hardens, or develops a leak, it should be replaced promptly with the correct OEM part to restore proper fuel delivery and prevent a hazardous condition on the jobsite.
