Key Features
- Genuine OEM Construction — Built to Genie's material and dimensional standards, with the correct hose compound and wall thickness for the radiator overflow circuit.
- Direct OEM Replacement — Matches the original routing, end connections, and length, so this hose installs without modification.
- Confirmed Fitment — Sourced specifically for the Genie Z-60/34 articulating boom lift.
- Cooling System Integrity — A sound overflow hose keeps coolant properly routed and helps maintain the correct operating temperature; a cracked or collapsed hose can lead to coolant loss and engine overheating.
A radiator overflow hose routes excess coolant from the radiator overflow port to the coolant recovery reservoir, allowing the cooling system to expand and contract safely as the engine heats and cools. When the hose cracks, collapses, or pulls free from its fittings, coolant escapes rather than returning to the radiator, and the engine can overheat during operation. Replacing a worn or damaged overflow hose with the correct OEM part restores proper coolant management and keeps the cooling system functioning as intended.
