Wacker Neuson 5100052077 Bottom Streetside Insulation

The Wacker Neuson Bottom Streetside Insulation is a genuine OEM component designed for the HI770XHD Extra Heavy Duty Air Heater. Sourced directly from Wacker Neuson, this insulation panel is an exact match to the original part installed at the factory, ensuring correct fitment and proper thermal performance for the HI770XHD. If you're restoring heat retention or replacing damaged insulation after field wear, this is the correct part to return your heater to full operating condition.

Key Features

• Genuine OEM Thermal Material: — Manufactured to Wacker Neuson's original material specification, so the insulation delivers the same heat retention and thermal shielding as the part it replaces.
• Streetside Bottom Position Fit: — Designed specifically for the bottom streetside mounting location on the HI770XHD, so it seats and fastens correctly without trimming or modification.
• Verified HI770XHD Compatibility: — Confirmed fitment for the HI770XHD Extra Heavy Duty indirect-fired air heater; use part number 5100052077 to validate your order before purchase.
• Preserves Heater Efficiency: — Intact insulation keeps combustion heat directed into the airstream rather than dissipating through the housing, maintaining the output performance the HI770XHD is rated for.
• Fire and Heat Exposure Resistance: — As a component mounted adjacent to the heater's combustion and exhaust path, this insulation must withstand sustained high temperatures; the genuine OEM part meets those thermal resistance requirements by design.

The bottom streetside insulation on the HI770XHD Extra Heavy Duty Air Heater acts as a thermal barrier along the lower streetside panel of the heater housing. It prevents excess heat from conducting through the outer shell, protecting surrounding components and maintaining efficient heat transfer into the output airstream. When this insulation deteriorates, cracks, or becomes dislodged, the heater loses thermal efficiency, outer panel temperatures can rise to unsafe levels, and the surrounding structure may be exposed to heat damage over time.
