Key Features
- Genuine OEM Construction — Manufactured by Genie to match original dimensional and material specifications, ensuring the kit fits and functions exactly as the factory-installed assembly.
- Direct Replacement Fit — Engineered as a drop-in kit for the AL4000 and AL5000, so installation can be completed without modification or custom fabrication.
- Verified Compatibility — Confirmed fitment for Genie AL4000 and AL5000 portable light towers; always cross-reference part number 940000GT with your unit's parts manual to verify the correct configuration.
- Complete Kit Format — Supplied as a combo kit, delivering the components needed for a proper hitch service or replacement in a single part order.
The hitch assembly on a towable light tower is the connection point between the unit and the tow vehicle, transferring load and enabling safe transport between jobsites. A damaged or worn hitch kit compromises towing stability and can create a safety hazard during transit. Replacing the assembly with a correct OEM kit restores the connection to its original specification and keeps the light tower road-ready.
