The Multiquip 010601000 Hose Kit is a genuine OEM component designed for DA7000SSA2 and DA7000SSA2GH diesel powered generators. As a factory-sourced assembly, this kit ensures every hose in the set meets the original design tolerances for material grade, diameter, and routing — so there is no guesswork when servicing your machine. Fitment is confirmed for the DA7000SSA2 and DA7000SSA2GH generator models, making this the straightforward choice for scheduled maintenance or emergency replacement. DHS Equipment supplies this part direct, so you can order with confidence that you are receiving the correct Multiquip 010601000 for your unit.
Key Features
- Genuine OEM Material Grade — Each hose in the kit is manufactured to the original compound and wall-thickness spec, maintaining pressure integrity and resistance to fuel or coolant degradation over service life.
- Complete Kit, Single Order — All hoses needed for the service interval are included together, so technicians are not sourcing individual lines from multiple suppliers.
- Confirmed Fitment — Directly compatible with DA7000SSA2 and DA7000SSA2GH diesel powered generators; connects to original fittings and routing paths without rework.
- Sustains Generator Cooling and Fluid Flow — Properly functioning hoses maintain uninterrupted coolant or fuel delivery; cracked or collapsed hoses can cause overheating, pressure loss, or generator shutdown under load.
- Fuel System Integrity — Hoses in diesel generator applications carry flammable fluid under pressure; using OEM-specified materials ensures the correct chemical resistance and connection security for safe operation.
A hose kit on a diesel generator serves as the network of flexible lines that carry coolant, fuel, or other fluids between the engine, radiator, and associated components. These hoses must maintain a sealed, pressure-stable connection across a wide range of operating temperatures — any cracking, swelling, or loosening at a connection point can lead to fluid loss, overheating, or unplanned shutdown. Replacing hoses as a complete kit rather than individually ensures that all lines are at the same service age and that no deteriorating hose is left in place to fail shortly after a partial repair.
