Key Features
- Genuine OEM Construction — Manufactured to Multiquip's exact material and dimensional standards, ensuring the cover seats and seals correctly against the filter housing without gaps or misalignment.
- Direct-Fit Replacement for RW6000 — Engineered specifically for the RW6000 RAMMAX ride-on roller, this cover installs into the existing filter assembly mount without modification.
- Fuel System Protection — Shields the diesel filter element from debris, moisture, and physical damage that could compromise filtration performance and introduce contaminants to the fuel supply.
- Preserves Filtration Efficiency — A cracked, broken, or missing filter cover exposes the filter element to the environment, allowing unfiltered diesel to reach injectors and accelerating engine wear.
- Fits RW6000 Series Rollers — Compatible with RW6000 RAMMAX rollers in the Multiquip equipment lineup; always cross-reference part number 01232 with your machine's parts manual to confirm fitment.
The diesel filter cover is a protective housing component that encloses and secures the fuel filter element within the filter assembly. It maintains a sealed environment around the filter, preventing external contaminants from bypassing the filtration media and entering the fuel system. When this cover becomes cracked, warped, or damaged, it can compromise the seal around the filter element — allowing debris or moisture into the fuel circuit, which can foul injectors and cause rough running or engine damage over time.
