The Multiquip 0164331645 Washer is a genuine OEM washer designed for the DCA800SSK2 ultra-silent diesel powered generator. Sourced directly from Multiquip, this part meets the exact specifications of the original component installed at the factory. If you're servicing or rebuilding a DCA800SSK2, using the correct OEM washer ensures proper load distribution, fastener integrity, and a secure assembly — exactly as the machine was designed to operate.
Key Features
- OEM Material and Dimensional Accuracy — Manufactured to the exact thickness, diameter, and material grade specified for the DCA800SSK2, ensuring correct load-bearing and clamping performance at the fastener point.
- Direct Drop-In Replacement — Seats and aligns with the original hardware configuration, requiring no adjustments to surrounding fasteners or mating components.
- Confirmed Fitment for DCA800SSK2 — Verified for use on the Multiquip DCA800SSK2 ultra-silent diesel powered generator series.
- Protects Mating Surfaces — Properly sized washers distribute fastener load evenly, preventing surface damage, deformation, and loosening under vibration — critical in generator applications where sustained operation creates constant mechanical stress.
- Supports a Complete, Correct Service — Using the right OEM hardware at every point in a repair or rebuild preserves the structural and mechanical integrity of the assembly over the long term.
A washer serves as a load-distributing interface between a fastener — such as a bolt or nut — and the surface it clamps against. By spreading the clamping force over a wider area, it prevents the fastener from pulling through or damaging softer materials and helps maintain consistent torque retention. In generator applications like the DCA800SSK2, where vibration and thermal cycling are constant, a worn, missing, or incorrect washer can lead to fastener loosening, surface damage, or failed assemblies that compromise the reliability of the unit.
