The Multiquip 0191003650 Return Hose is a genuine OEM Return Hose designed for DCA400SSK series diesel powered generators. As a direct OEM replacement sourced through Multiquip's authorized parts program, this hose meets the exact material and dimensional specifications of the original component. It is confirmed compatible with DCA400SSK-GEER and DCA400SSK-SUNBELT generator configurations, making it a straightforward service replacement for fleet operators and rental houses running these units.
Key Features
- OEM Material Specification — Manufactured to the same hose compound, wall thickness, and pressure tolerance as the original, ensuring the fuel or fluid return circuit operates within designed parameters.
- Direct-Fit Replacement — Engineered to match the original routing, end connections, and length of the factory hose so it seats correctly without reworking the plumbing.
- Confirmed Fitment — Verified for DCA400SSK-GEER and DCA400SSK-SUNBELT diesel powered generators; check your model code before ordering to ensure compatibility.
- Maintains Return Circuit Integrity — A properly functioning return hose keeps fluid routed back to the tank or system at the correct flow rate, protecting downstream components from pressure irregularities.
- Fuel System Safety — A cracked or degraded return hose can result in fluid leaks near hot engine surfaces; replacing with a genuine OEM hose restores the sealed, safe condition of the system.
The return hose carries excess fuel or fluid back from the engine or injection system to the supply tank, completing the flow circuit and maintaining consistent pressure throughout the system. On a diesel generator like the DCA400SSK, a healthy return line is essential for stable fuel delivery and efficient engine operation. When this hose cracks, hardens, or develops a leak, it can disrupt fuel pressure, cause fluid loss, and introduce air into the system — leading to rough running or a failure to start.
