The Multiquip 0191300300 Suction Hose is a genuine OEM Suction Hose designed for the DCA45SSIU4F and DCA45SSIU2 ultra-silent diesel generator series, including the DCA45SSIU4F 60Hz Aggreko configuration. As a direct Multiquip OEM component, it is manufactured to the exact dimensions and material specifications required for proper fuel or fluid transfer within the generator's internal systems. Confirm your model code against the fitment list before ordering to ensure a correct, hassle-free installation.
Key Features
- Genuine OEM Construction — Manufactured to Multiquip's exact material and dimensional tolerances for hose routing, diameter, and flexibility in the DCA ultra-silent generator platform.
- Direct Drop-In Replacement — Engineered to connect at the same attachment points as the original, allowing straightforward installation without modification to adjacent fittings or hardware.
- Confirmed Fitment — Verified for DCA45SSIU4F, DCA45SSIU4F 60Hz Aggreko, and DCA45SSIU2 diesel-powered generators using Multiquip part number 0191300300.
- Maintains Fluid Transfer Integrity — A properly seated suction hose sustains consistent flow through the generator's fuel or fluid circuit; a cracked or deteriorated hose can introduce air, restrict flow, and cause hard-start or shutdown conditions.
- Fuel System Safety — Using the correct OEM hose material ensures compatibility with diesel fuel chemistry, reducing the risk of swelling, cracking, or leakage that could create a fire or contamination hazard.
The suction hose is responsible for drawing fuel or fluid from the reservoir into the generator's internal circuit, maintaining a continuous and uninterrupted supply under negative pressure. Because it operates under suction rather than positive pressure, even a small crack, loose collar, or material incompatibility can allow air to enter the line, causing the engine to starve, surge, or fail to start. Replacing a worn or damaged hose with the correct OEM part — Multiquip 0191300300 — restores the sealed flow path the system depends on for stable, uninterrupted generator output.
