The Multiquip 0191300630 Return Hose is a genuine OEM Return Hose designed for the DCA40SSI ultra-silent diesel generator. As a factory-sourced component, it meets the exact material and dimensional specifications required by the original equipment, ensuring a proper seal and correct fuel or fluid routing within the system. DHS Equipment supplies this part direct, so you can order with confidence knowing you are getting the right component for your DCA40SSI.
Key Features
- OEM-Grade Hose Material — Manufactured to the original inner diameter, wall thickness, and chemical-resistance ratings required for continuous fluid return service in diesel generator applications.
- Direct-Connect Fitment — Engineered to seat correctly on the OEM fittings and clamp positions of the DCA40SSI, eliminating the guesswork of adapting an off-spec hose.
- Confirmed Compatibility — Specifically validated for the Multiquip DCA40SSI ultra-silent diesel generator series.
- Sustained Fluid Return Performance — A correctly fitted return hose maintains proper system pressure balance; a cracked or collapsed hose can cause fuel starvation, fluid leaks, or generator shutdowns under load.
- Fuel System Safety — Diesel fuel return lines operate under heat and pressure cycling; using a hose rated and sized for the application reduces the risk of seepage or failure near ignition sources.
The return hose carries excess fuel or fluid back from the engine's injection system or components to the tank or reservoir, completing the fluid circuit and maintaining stable pressure throughout the system. On a diesel generator like the DCA40SSI, this continuous loop is essential for consistent engine fueling and temperature management. When the return hose cracks, kinks, or loses its seal at the fittings, the engine may run rough, starve for fuel, or trigger a protective shutdown — making prompt replacement critical to keeping the unit on power.
