The Multiquip 0191300880 Suction Hose is a genuine OEM Suction Hose designed for DCA150SSI and DCA150SSIU ultra-silent diesel generators. As a direct OEM replacement, this hose is built to the same specifications as the original component, ensuring a proper connection within the fuel or fluid delivery circuit. Sourced directly through authorized Multiquip supply channels, the part is the correct part for confirmed fitment on DCA150SSI and DCA150SSIU units.
Key Features
- Genuine OEM Construction — Manufactured to the same material and dimensional standards as the original hose, ensuring correct inner diameter, wall thickness, and connection compatibility for the DCA ultra-silent generator platform.
- Direct-Fit Replacement — Designed to connect at the same routing points as the factory hose, allowing straightforward installation without rerouting or adapting hose ends.
- Confirmed Fitment — Verified for DCA150SSI and DCA150SSIU ultra-silent generator models, taking the guesswork out of parts sourcing for these high-output diesel units.
- Sustained Fluid Flow — A properly functioning suction hose maintains consistent fluid draw to the engine or system it serves; a cracked, collapsed, or loose hose can starve the circuit and lead to performance issues or unplanned shutdowns.
- Fuel System Integrity — In fuel suction applications, a correctly sealed hose prevents air ingestion and fuel leaks, both of which are critical to safe, stable generator operation on active job sites.
The suction hose draws fuel or fluid from the tank or reservoir and delivers it to the engine or system that requires it. It maintains a sealed, low-pressure flow path so the connected pump or injection system can operate without interruption. When the hose deteriorates — through cracking, softening, or loose fittings — air can enter the circuit or fluid can leak, which causes hard starts, erratic output, or a complete loss of prime in the supply line.
