The Multiquip 0191301000 is a genuine OEM Suction Hose designed for Multiquip Ultra-Silent and Super-Silent diesel generator series, including DCA400SSI4F, DCA70SSIU4F, DCA85USJ, DCA300SSJU4F, and related variants. As a direct OEM replacement sourced through Multiquip's authorized parts network, this hose is produced to the exact dimensions and material specifications of the original component. DHS Equipment stocks this part to keep your generator fleet running without unnecessary delays. Verify your model code against the fitment list before ordering to ensure compatibility with your specific unit.
Key Features
- OEM-Grade Hose Material — Manufactured to the same pressure rating and flexibility specifications as the original, ensuring a secure, leak-free connection within the fuel or fluid circuit.
- Direct-Fit Replacement — Engineered to match original routing, end fittings, and attachment points so installation follows the same procedure as the factory component.
- Broad Generator Fitment — Compatible with DCA400SSI4F, DCA70SSIU4F, DCA85USJ, DCA300SSJU4F, DCA-70USJ, and multiple related Super-Silent and Ultra-Silent series configurations.
- Sustained Fluid Flow Performance — A correctly functioning suction hose maintains consistent fluid draw to the system; a cracked or degraded hose introduces air intrusion and compromises generator operation under load.
- Fuel System Integrity — Proper hose condition is critical to fuel system safety; using an OEM-spec replacement eliminates the risk of improper fitment that can lead to leaks in an active fuel circuit.
The suction hose is responsible for drawing fuel from the tank to the engine's fuel system, creating the low-pressure pathway that keeps the generator supplied during operation. If the hose develops cracks, hardening, or loose connections at either end, air can enter the fuel circuit, causing rough running, fuel starvation, or failure to start under load. Replacing a worn suction hose with a genuine OEM part like the Multiquip 0191301000 restores the integrity of the fuel supply line and helps the generator maintain stable output during extended use.
