The Multiquip 0191301550 Return Hose is a genuine OEM component designed for DCA-series ultra-silent diesel generators, including the DCA70SSIU, DCA70SSIU60HZ, DCA70SSIU50HZ, and DCA56SPX. As a direct OEM replacement, this hose meets the original design specifications and installs in place of the factory part without modification. Confirmed fitment across both the DCA70SSIU and DCA56SPX generator families makes this the reliable choice when servicing your unit. DHS Equipment supplies this part direct, so you can be confident you are getting the exact component your machine requires.
Key Features
- Genuine OEM Construction — Manufactured to original specifications, ensuring correct inside diameter, wall thickness, and pressure tolerance for the DCA-series fuel or fluid return circuit.
- Direct Drop-In Replacement — Engineered to connect to the same routing points as the original hose, allowing a clean, straightforward swap during service.
- Broad DCA-Series Fitment — Compatible with DCA70SSIU, DCA70SSIU60HZ, DCA70SSIU50HZ, and DCA56SPX ultra-silent diesel generators.
- Maintains Fluid Circuit Integrity — A properly functioning return hose keeps fluid routed correctly through the system; a cracked or collapsed hose can cause leaks, pressure loss, or engine damage.
- Fuel System Safety — In diesel generator applications, a compromised return hose can result in fuel leaks that create fire hazards and unplanned shutdowns — using the correct OEM part mitigates this risk.
The return hose carries excess fuel or fluid back to the tank or reservoir after it has passed through the engine's injection or cooling circuit. This continuous return flow regulates pressure within the fuel system and prevents heat buildup in the lines. When the hose deteriorates, cracks, or loses its seal at either end, the system loses pressure consistency and risks leaking combustible fluid — making timely replacement critical to safe generator operation.
