The Multiquip 0191301800 Return Hose is a genuine OEM component designed for DCA150SSJU3 and DCA100SSJU ultra-silent diesel generators. As a direct OEM replacement, it is manufactured to the exact specifications required for these units, ensuring a proper connection within the fuel or fluid return circuit. Verified fitment covers the DCA150SSJU3 and DCA100SSJU generator models, so you can order with confidence knowing this hose is the correct part for your machine.
Key Features
- Genuine OEM Construction — Made to the precise material grade and dimensional tolerances required for the return circuit on DCA-series ultra-silent generators, not a generic substitute.
- Direct Drop-In Replacement — Engineered to connect at the same routing points as the original hose, with matching end fittings and hose diameter for a straightforward swap.
- Confirmed Fitment — Specifically validated for the DCA150SSJU3 and DCA100SSJU ultra-silent diesel generator models.
- Maintains Fluid Circuit Integrity — A sound return hose keeps fluid routed correctly through the system; a cracked or degraded hose can introduce leaks, air intrusion, or pressure loss that disrupts generator operation.
- Fuel System Safety — Proper hose condition is essential in diesel fuel return circuits — using the correct OEM hose minimizes the risk of fuel leaks that could pose a fire or safety hazard on the jobsite.
The return hose routes fluid — typically diesel fuel — back from the engine's injection system or fuel circuit to the tank or supply line, completing the loop that keeps fuel delivery consistent and controlled. Without a properly functioning return hose, excess pressure can build in the fuel system, or fluid can leak externally, both of which compromise generator performance and safe operation. Replacing a worn, cracked, or leaking return hose promptly is a straightforward service step that protects the broader fuel system on your DCA-series generator.
