Key Features
- OEM-Grade Hose Construction — Manufactured to the exact pressure rating, inner diameter, and compound specification called out for the DCA-300SSK fuel and fluid return circuit.
- Direct-Fit Replacement — Engineered to connect to the factory hose routing and end fittings on DCA-300SSK series generators without alteration or adaptation.
- Confirmed Fitment — Compatible with DCA-300SSK, DCA-300SSK2, and DCA-300SSK3 ultra-silent diesel generators in the DCA300SSK series lineup.
- Maintains Fluid Circuit Integrity — A sound return hose keeps fluid pressure balanced and prevents seepage that can lead to generator shutdown or fluid contamination.
- Fuel System Safety — A cracked or deteriorated return hose can result in fuel leaks and fire risk; replacing with a genuine OEM hose restores the circuit to its original integrity.
The return hose carries excess fuel or hydraulic fluid back to the tank or reservoir after it has passed through the system's primary circuit. On diesel generators like the DCA-300SSK series, this hose is a critical link in maintaining correct fuel delivery pressure and protecting injector components from pressure imbalance. When a return hose cracks, hardens, or develops a leak, fuel can escape the closed loop, causing inconsistent engine performance, fuel odor, or an outright shutdown that takes the generator offline.
