The Multiquip 0191302850 Suction Hose is a genuine OEM component designed for DCA180SSI and DCA180SSIU ultra-silent diesel generators. Sourced directly from Multiquip, this suction hose meets the exact specifications of the original part, ensuring a proper fit and correct fuel or fluid flow within the generator's system. Verified compatible with both the DCA180SSI and DCA180SSIU models, this is the correct replacement when your original hose shows signs of cracking, softening, or fluid seepage.
Key Features
- OEM Material Integrity — Manufactured to the same compound and wall-thickness spec as the original, maintaining the hose's flexibility and resistance to fuel degradation over time.
- Direct-Connect Replacement — Matches the original hose diameter and end fitments, connecting to existing ports without modification to surrounding components.
- Confirmed Fitment — Specifically compatible with DCA180SSI and DCA180SSIU ultra-silent diesel generator models.
- Sustained Flow Performance — A correctly seated suction hose maintains consistent fluid draw to the engine; a cracked or collapsed hose starves the system and can cause generator shutdowns under load.
- Fuel System Safety — Using the correct OEM hose prevents micro-leaks at connection points, reducing the risk of fuel vapor exposure in an enclosed generator canopy.
The suction hose is responsible for drawing fuel from the tank to the engine's fuel system, maintaining a sealed, uninterrupted flow path under the vacuum created by the fuel pump or injector system. In ultra-silent generator enclosures like the DCA180SSI series, where components are tightly packaged, a hose that has hardened, cracked, or lost its seal can introduce air into the fuel line, causing rough running, hard starting, or unexpected shutdowns. Replacing a worn suction hose with the correct OEM part restores the integrity of the fuel circuit and keeps the generator operating at its rated output.
