The Multiquip 0191303000 is a genuine OEM Suction Hose designed for DCA400SSK, DCA400SSK2, and DCA400SSK-GEER ultra-silent diesel powered generators. As a direct Multiquip OEM component, it is manufactured to the exact dimensions and material specifications of the original part, ensuring a proper connection within the fuel or fluid delivery circuit. This hose is available through DHS Equipment as an authorized Multiquip replacement, so you can be confident you are receiving an authentic component sourced directly through the correct supply chain.
Key Features
- OEM Material Integrity — Constructed to the same hose compound and wall thickness as the original, maintaining correct flow characteristics and resistance to fuel or fluid degradation over time.
- Direct Connector Match — Engineered to the original routing path and end fittings, allowing the hose to seat correctly on the DCA400SSK series without rework or adapter fittings.
- Confirmed Fitment — Verified for DCA400SSK, DCA400SSK2, and DCA400SSK-GEER ultra-silent diesel generator models.
- Sustained Generator Output — A correctly functioning suction hose maintains steady fluid delivery to keep the generator running at its rated output; a cracked or collapsed hose can starve the system and cause unplanned shutdowns.
- Fuel System Safety — A properly seated OEM hose minimizes the risk of fuel leaks at connection points, an important consideration on a generator operating in enclosed or semi-enclosed environments.
The suction hose draws fuel from the tank and delivers it into the generator's engine fuel system, acting as the primary fluid transfer link between the tank and the supply side of the engine. If the hose becomes cracked, hardened, or collapses internally, fuel flow is restricted or interrupted, leading to rough running, loss of output, or a complete engine shutdown. Replacing a worn hose with the correct OEM part restores the original flow path and keeps the generator performing as intended under load.
