The Multiquip 0191403850 Suction Hose is a genuine OEM Suction Hose designed for the DCA500SSK and DCA600SSK ultra-silent diesel generator models. As a direct OEM replacement, it is manufactured to the exact dimensions and material specifications required for these machines, ensuring a proper seal and consistent fuel draw. Sourced directly through an authorized Multiquip parts channel, this hose is the correct part to specify when servicing DCA500SSK or DCA600SSK generators.
Key Features
- Genuine OEM Construction — Manufactured to the same material and dimensional spec as the original hose, ensuring correct hose wall thickness and connection integrity for these high-output generators.
- Direct Fit for DCA Series Generators — Engineered specifically for the DCA500SSK and DCA600SSK, connecting to the fuel system exactly as the original without rework or adaptation.
- Consistent Fuel Draw — A correctly seated suction hose maintains steady fuel delivery to the engine; a cracked or collapsed hose causes fuel starvation, erratic output, or hard starting.
- Fuel System Integrity — The hose's material resists fuel degradation and maintains a secure, leak-free connection, which is critical on enclosed ultra-silent generator enclosures where fuel leaks present a serious fire risk.
- Verified OEM Part — Part 0191403850 is the genuine Multiquip component, eliminating guesswork when ordering for DCA500SSK or DCA600SSK service and maintenance.
The suction hose draws fuel from the generator's tank and delivers it to the fuel system, maintaining a consistent supply to the engine under load. Without a properly functioning suction hose, the engine cannot maintain steady fuel intake, which can result in power fluctuations, stalling, or failure to start. On ultra-silent generators like the DCA500SSK and DCA600SSK — which are often deployed in noise-sensitive or continuous-duty applications — an uninterrupted fuel supply is essential to dependable operation.
