The Multiquip 0191405300 Return Hose is a genuine OEM Return Hose designed for the DCA400SSI diesel-powered generator. As a direct OEM replacement, this hose is manufactured to the exact material and dimensional specifications required by the DCA400SSI, ensuring a proper connection within the fuel or fluid return circuit. DHS Equipment stocks this part so you can get your generator back in service without compromise.
Key Features
- OEM-Grade Hose Construction — Built to the same material specification and wall thickness as the original, resisting fuel degradation, heat, and pressure cycling over the long term.
- Direct Swap Installation — Matches the original hose routing, end fittings, and length for the DCA400SSI, so installation connects straight to existing fittings without rework.
- Confirmed DCA400SSI Fitment — Sourced and verified specifically for the Multiquip DCA400SSI ultra-silent diesel generator series.
- Maintains Return Circuit Integrity — A properly functioning return hose keeps fluid routed back to the tank or reservoir at the correct flow rate, protecting engine or hydraulic components from starvation or pressure imbalance.
- Fuel System Safety — A cracked or collapsed return hose can result in fluid leaks near heat sources; replacing with a genuine OEM hose eliminates that risk and keeps the generator operating safely on site.
The return hose carries excess fuel or fluid back from the engine or injection system to the tank, completing the circulation loop that keeps the fuel system primed and operating at the correct pressure. Without a serviceable return hose, fuel pressure regulation is disrupted, which can cause hard starting, rough running, or engine shutdown on the DCA400SSI. Over time, hose material degrades from heat and fuel exposure, leading to cracking, swelling, or leaks that require immediate replacement.
