The Multiquip 0191503000 Suction Hose is a genuine OEM component designed for the DCA400SSK-GEER diesel-powered generator. As a direct OEM replacement, it meets the exact specifications set for this unit, ensuring a correct installation without guesswork. This suction hose is sourced directly through Multiquip's authorized parts network and sold by DHS Equipment, giving you confidence in both authenticity and fitment accuracy. If your DCA400SSK-GEER generator is showing signs of fuel delivery issues or the existing hose has cracked or deteriorated, replacing it with part number 0191503000 restores proper fluid transfer function.
Key Features
- Genuine OEM Construction — Manufactured to the exact material and dimensional specifications for the DCA400SSK-GEER, ensuring the hose seats and seals correctly within the fuel or fluid circuit.
- Direct Fitment for DCA400SSK-GEER — Engineered specifically for this generator model, connecting to existing ports and fittings without adaptation or modification.
- Maintains Fluid Transfer Integrity — A properly functioning suction hose sustains consistent fluid draw; a cracked or collapsed hose causes air ingestion, flow loss, or generator shutdown.
- Fuel System Safety — Using the correct OEM hose material ensures compatibility with diesel fuel, resisting swelling, cracking, or permeation that could present a fire or contamination hazard.
The suction hose draws fluid — typically fuel or coolant — from its source reservoir into the system that requires it, maintaining a continuous and controlled flow under negative pressure. In a diesel generator like the DCA400SSK-GEER, an intact suction hose is critical to sustaining engine operation; any crack, kink, or loose connection in the hose allows air into the line, which interrupts flow and can cause hard starting, erratic output, or complete engine stoppage. Replacing a worn or damaged hose with the correct OEM part restores the sealed, low-restriction pathway that the fuel system depends on to run reliably under load.
