The Multiquip 0191503400 Suction Hose is a genuine OEM Suction Hose designed for the DCA300SSCU, DCA300SSCU2, DCA300SSC, and DCA300SSCU4i ultra-silent diesel generator series. Sourced directly from Multiquip, this hose matches the original specification and installs directly into the fuel system without alteration. Confirm your model code before ordering to ensure correct fitment across the DCA300 generator family.
Key Features
- OEM-Grade Hose Construction — Built to the same material and dimensional specification as the original, ensuring correct flow capacity and resistance to fuel degradation over time.
- Direct-Fit Installation — Engineered to connect to the existing hose routing and fittings on DCA300-series generators, allowing a straightforward swap with no cutting or adapting.
- Confirmed Fitment for DCA300 Series — Compatible with DCA300SSCU, DCA300SSCU2, DCA300SSC, and DCA300SSCU4i ultra-silent diesel generators.
- Maintains Consistent Fuel Draw — A properly seated suction hose sustains steady fuel delivery to the engine; a cracked or deteriorated hose introduces air into the fuel line, causing rough running or hard starts under load.
- Fuel System Integrity — Using the correct OEM hose helps prevent unintended fuel leaks in an enclosed generator cabinet, which is especially critical in ultra-silent enclosure designs where ventilation is managed.
The suction hose is responsible for drawing fuel from the tank to the engine's fuel system on your diesel generator. It forms a sealed, low-pressure pathway that keeps air out and ensures a continuous, uninterrupted fuel supply during operation. When the hose cracks, hardens, or loses its seal at either connection point, air can enter the fuel line, leading to engine hesitation, power loss, or a generator that fails to prime and start reliably.
