The Multiquip 0191700260 Connect Hose is a genuine OEM component designed for the DCA125 and DCA150 Ultra-Silent and Super-Silent generator series, including models DCA125SSIU4F, DCA125SSJU4I, DCA125USJ, DCA125USI, DCA150USJ, DCA150USJ2. As a factory-sourced part, it is manufactured to the exact dimensions and material specifications of the original, ensuring a correct, trouble-free installation. DHS Equipment stocks this part to keep your generator fleet running with minimal interruption. Verify your model code before ordering to confirm fitment.
Key Features
- OEM-Grade Hose Construction — Manufactured to the same material and dimensional standards as the original, ensuring correct pressure tolerance and flexibility for generator cooling or fluid routing applications.
- Direct-Fit Installation — Engineered to the original connection points and routing path, so the hose seats properly at both ends without trimming or adapting.
- Broad DCA Series Compatibility — Confirmed fitment across DCA125SSIU4F, DCA125SSJU4I, DCA125USJ, DCA125USI, DCA150USJ, DCA150USJ2, and DCA125SSJU4i 60Hz generator models.
- Sustained Fluid Flow Integrity — A correctly seated connect hose maintains uninterrupted coolant or fluid circulation; a cracked or collapsed hose can cause overheating and unplanned generator shutdown.
- Fuel and Fluid System Safety — Using the correct OEM hose in fuel or coolant routing minimizes the risk of leaks that could create fire hazards or fluid contamination on the jobsite.
The connect hose serves as a fluid transfer link within the generator's cooling or fuel system, routing liquid between key components such as the engine block, radiator, or fuel delivery system. Maintaining a sound, properly fitted hose is critical to stable operating temperatures and consistent generator output. When a connect hose cracks, swells, or loses its seal, it can cause coolant or fuel loss that leads to overheating, loss of power output, or unsafe operating conditions.
