The Multiquip 0193600800 is a genuine OEM Hose designed for the TLG12SPX4, DCA125SSK, and DCA-150SSKII series diesel and super-silent generators. As a direct Multiquip OEM part, it is manufactured to the exact specifications of the original component, ensuring a correct, trouble-free installation. This hose is a stock replacement that keeps your generator's fluid or air routing system operating as intended. Confirm your model against the fitment list before ordering to ensure you receive the right part for your machine.
Key Features
- OEM-Grade Construction — Manufactured to the same material and dimensional specifications as the original, ensuring the correct wall thickness, inner diameter, and pressure tolerance for generator service conditions.
- Direct Drop-In Replacement — Engineered to connect at the same attachment points as the factory hose, with matching end configurations that seat securely without rework or adapters.
- Confirmed Generator Fitment — Verified for use on TLG12SPX4, DCA125SSK, and DCA-150SSKII Multiquip generator models.
- Maintains Fluid or Air Circuit Integrity — A correctly functioning hose preserves the sealed routing of coolant, fuel, or air within the generator system; a cracked or collapsed hose can lead to leaks, overheating, or power loss.
- Fuel and Fluid System Safety — Using the correct OEM hose in fuel or coolant circuits is critical to preventing leaks that could create fire hazards or damage adjacent components on the generator.
A hose in a diesel generator serves as a flexible conduit that routes coolant, fuel, or air between key system components — such as the radiator, engine block, fuel system, or air intake — while absorbing vibration that rigid lines cannot accommodate. Over time, heat cycling, pressure fluctuations, and exposure to fluids cause hose material to harden, crack, or swell, which can result in leaks, loss of coolant circulation, or restricted flow. Replacing a worn hose with the correct OEM part restores the integrity of that circuit and helps prevent secondary damage to the engine or other generator components.
