The Multiquip 0193601080 is a genuine OEM Hose designed for the DCA-series ultra-silent diesel generators, including the DCA125SSJU, DCA125SSJU2, and DCA100SSJU. As a direct OEM replacement sourced through Multiquip's authorized parts program, this hose meets the original design specifications for these units. Verified fitment also covers the DCA125SSJU-GEER and DCA125SSJU2-FEMA variants, making it the correct choice across the full DCA125 and DCA100 SSJU family. DHS Equipment supplies this part as a stocked OEM component ready for service.
Key Features
- OEM Material and Dimensional Spec — Manufactured to the original hose routing and connection dimensions, ensuring correct sealing at both end connections without trimming or adapting.
- Drop-In Fitment for DCA-Series Generators — Engineered specifically for the DCA125SSJU, DCA125SSJU2, and DCA100SSJU, connecting directly to the original mounting points.
- Broad DCA Family Coverage — Confirmed compatible with the DCA125SSJU, DCA125SSJU2, DCA100SSJU, DCA125SSJU-GEER, and DCA125SSJU2-FEMA generator models.
- Leak-Free Fluid Transfer — A correctly seated hose maintains proper fluid flow within the generator system; a cracked or deteriorated hose risks fluid loss, overheating, or unplanned shutdowns.
- Genuine Multiquip OEM Part — Supplied as an authorized OEM component under part number 0193601080, backed by Multiquip's parts program and sold by DHS Equipment.
A hose in a diesel generator serves as a conduit for fluid transfer within the machine's cooling or fuel system, routing liquid between key components under controlled pressure. When a hose degrades — through cracking, swelling, or connection failure — it can allow fluid to escape, disrupting thermal management or fuel delivery and putting the generator at risk of damage or shutdown. Replacing a worn hose with the correct OEM part, such as the Multiquip 0193601080, restores proper flow path integrity and keeps the generator running at its designed operating parameters.
