The Multiquip 0199500175 Hose is a genuine OEM hose designed for DCA-series ultra-silent diesel generators, including the DCA40SSAI, DCA60SSAI, DCA60SSI2, and DCA40SSI. As a factory-authorized component, it is manufactured to the exact material and dimensional specifications required for proper installation and long-term performance in these units. Sourced directly through Multiquip's OEM supply chain, this hose is the same part used in original production, ensuring a dependable, drop-in replacement for worn or damaged hoses in the field.
Key Features
- OEM Material Specification — Manufactured to the same wall thickness, inner diameter, and compound grade as the original, ensuring correct flow characteristics and pressure compatibility for this generator application.
- Direct-Fit Replacement — Engineered to the same routing length and end configuration as the original hose, connecting to existing fittings without rework or adaptation.
- Confirmed Fitment — Verified for DCA40SSAI, DCA60SSAI, DCA60SSI2, and DCA40SSI ultra-silent diesel generators.
- Fluid Integrity — A properly functioning hose maintains sealed, uninterrupted fluid transfer within the generator system; a cracked or collapsed hose can cause fluid loss, overheating, or unplanned shutdowns.
- Genuine OEM Assurance — Supplied as a genuine Multiquip part, carrying the quality standards expected of OEM components in commercial-grade generator equipment.
A hose in a diesel generator serves as the conduit for coolant, fuel, or other fluids between system components, keeping temperatures controlled and critical circuits supplied throughout operation. When a hose degrades — through cracking, swelling, or fitting separation — it can disrupt fluid flow, leading to overheating, fuel starvation, or system contamination. Replacing a worn hose with the correct OEM part restores the sealed, pressure-rated pathway the system depends on and prevents secondary damage to surrounding components.
