The Multiquip 0199601300 Hose is a genuine OEM component designed for the DCA-220SSK, DCA220SSK-GEER, and DCA220SSK-SUNBELT ultra-silent diesel generator series. Sourced directly from Multiquip, this hose matches the original specification for a direct, confident installation with no guesswork. If you are servicing a DCA-220SSK generator, verifying the part number against your serial tag before ordering is always recommended.
Key Features
- Genuine OEM Construction — Manufactured to the same material and dimensional tolerances as the original hose, ensuring correct flow characteristics and connection integrity for diesel generator service.
- Direct Replacement — Engineered to connect to the same fittings and routing points as the factory-installed hose, supporting a straightforward swap during scheduled maintenance or emergency repair.
- Confirmed Fitment — Compatible with the DCA-220SSK, DCA220SSK-GEER, and DCA220SSK-SUNBELT ultra-silent diesel generator models.
- Sustained Generator Operation — A correctly seated hose maintains proper fluid routing within the generator system; a cracked, kinked, or degraded hose can lead to leaks, overheating, or unplanned shutdowns on the jobsite.
- Fluid System Integrity — Built to handle the thermal cycling and vibration demands of continuous-duty generator operation, helping maintain a sealed, leak-free system over extended run times.
A hose in a diesel generator manages the controlled movement of coolant, fuel, or air between system components depending on its location in the machine. When a hose softens, cracks, or collapses, it disrupts that flow — potentially causing overheating, fuel starvation, or pressure loss that can force an unplanned shutdown. Replacing a worn hose with the correct OEM part restores the integrity of the affected circuit and keeps the generator running at rated output.
