The Multiquip 0199700500 Return Hose is a genuine OEM Return Hose designed for the TLG12SPX diesel powered generator. As a factory-sourced component, it is manufactured to the exact specifications required for proper fuel or fluid routing on this unit. DHS Equipment supplies this part direct, ensuring you receive the correct component for your TLG12SPX without guesswork or fitment concerns.
Key Features
- OEM-Grade Hose Construction — Manufactured to the exact material and dimensional tolerances required for the TLG12SPX fuel return circuit, ensuring proper flow rate and pressure compatibility.
- Direct-Fit Replacement — Engineered to connect directly to existing fittings and routing points on the TLG12SPX, with no trimming or adapter hardware needed.
- Confirmed TLG12SPX Fitment — Verified for use on the Multiquip TLG12SPX diesel powered generator series.
- Leak-Resistant Sealing — Proper hose integrity maintains a closed fluid return path, preventing fuel seepage that could lead to power interruptions or generator shutdown.
- Fuel System Safety — A correctly functioning return hose is essential to maintaining a safe, sealed fuel circuit; a cracked or deteriorated hose poses a fuel leak and fire hazard on any generator.
The return hose carries excess fuel from the injection system or fuel circuit back to the tank, completing the fuel loop and maintaining stable pressure throughout the generator's fuel delivery system. On diesel generators like the TLG12SPX, this continuous circulation helps regulate fuel temperature and keeps the injection components primed and operating consistently. When a return hose cracks, hardens, or fails at a connection point, it can cause fuel leaks, inconsistent power output, or a complete failure to run — making timely replacement critical to safe generator operation.
