The Multiquip 0199800800 Drain Hose is a genuine OEM component designed for the DCA100SSVU ultra-silent diesel generator. As a direct OEM replacement, this drain hose is manufactured to the same specifications as the original part, ensuring a proper connection and correct flow path within the drainage system. Sourced directly through authorized Multiquip supply channels, this part is confirmed for use on DCA100SSVU series equipment.
Key Features
- Genuine OEM Material Grade — Produced to OEM specifications, ensuring the hose material withstands the fluid exposure, temperature range, and pressure conditions found in the DCA100SSVU drainage circuit.
- Direct Replacement Routing — Matches the original hose diameter, length, and end fittings so it connects to existing ports and clamps without adaptation.
- Confirmed Fitment for DCA100SSVU — Verified for the Multiquip DCA100SSVU ultra-silent diesel generator series, eliminating guesswork when ordering.
- Maintains Proper Fluid Evacuation — A correctly functioning drain hose keeps fluids routed away from sensitive generator components; a cracked or blocked hose can allow fluid pooling that accelerates corrosion and causes operational issues.
- Fuel and Fluid System Integrity — Using the correct OEM hose in a fuel or coolant drain path reduces the risk of leaks that can create fire hazards or environmental compliance concerns on the jobsite.
A drain hose channels fluids — such as fuel, coolant, or condensate — away from internal generator components to a safe discharge point. It plays a quiet but critical role in keeping the generator's internal environment clean and dry; when the hose cracks, collapses, or works loose from its fittings, fluid can pool inside the enclosure, corroding components and creating potential safety hazards. Replacing a worn or damaged drain hose promptly keeps the drainage circuit functioning as designed and protects the surrounding components from fluid damage.
