Key Features
- Genuine OEM Construction — Manufactured to the original material and dimensional profile specified for the DCA100SSVU enclosure system, not a generic approximation.
- Direct Drop-In Fitment — Engineered to align with the existing mounting points and panel contours on the DCA100SSVU, making replacement straightforward for service technicians.
- Confirmed Compatibility — Verified fitment for the DCA100SSVU ultra-silent diesel generator series.
- Enclosure Integrity — A properly fitted edging maintains the tight panel seals that the ultra-silent enclosure design depends on to manage sound attenuation and weather protection.
- Long-Term Durability — Built from the same material grade as the original, resisting wear, vibration fatigue, and environmental exposure over extended generator run cycles.
The edging on the DCA100SSVU serves as a finishing and sealing trim that runs along panel edges within the generator's ultra-silent enclosure. It protects against sharp edge contact, helps maintain the close panel-to-panel fit that the enclosure relies on for sound dampening, and shields internal components from moisture and debris ingress. When this trim becomes cracked, compressed, or dislodged, enclosure sealing is compromised, which can allow noise levels to rise and expose sensitive generator components to the elements.
