The Multiquip 0601850532 Side Door Key Set is a genuine OEM replacement built for the Super-Silent Generator series. As a direct OEM component, it is manufactured to the same specifications as the original hardware shipped with the unit, ensuring a proper fit with the side door lock assembly. DHS Equipment stocks this part to help you get your generator secured and back in service without the guesswork of sourcing non-OEM alternatives.
Key Features
- Genuine OEM Construction — Manufactured to the exact tolerances of the original lock hardware, so the key turns smoothly and engages the cylinder without slop or resistance.
- Direct Drop-In Fit — Matches the original side door lock cylinder profile on Super-Silent Generator models, slotting in without recutting or modification to the door hardware.
- Compatible with Super-Silent Generator Series — Confirmed fitment for Super-Silent Generator equipment; always verify your model code before ordering.
- Secure Access Control — A correctly fitted key set ensures the enclosure latches and unlocks reliably, protecting internal components from unauthorized access and environmental exposure.
- Access Panel Security — Worn or lost keys compromise the integrity of the side door enclosure; replacing with OEM-matched hardware restores full locking function and keeps the generator panel properly secured on site.
The side door key set provides the physical key or keys used to operate the lock cylinder on the generator's access panel enclosure. On Super-Silent Generator models, the side door covers critical service components and electrical connections, so a functioning lock is essential for both security and weatherproofing. When keys are lost, worn, or broken, the lock cylinder cannot be operated correctly, leaving the enclosure vulnerable or inaccessible entirely.
