The Multiquip 0602013160 Radiator Hose is a genuine OEM component designed for DCA60SSAI and DCA60SSI2 ultra-silent diesel generator models. As a direct OEM replacement, it is built to the same specifications as the original part, ensuring a proper connection within the cooling system. Sourced through DHS Equipment, this hose is the correct factory replacement to keep your generator's cooling circuit operating as intended.
Key Features
- OEM Cooling System Integrity — Manufactured to the same material grade and dimensional tolerances as the original, maintaining proper coolant flow and pressure retention specific to this generator cooling circuit.
- Direct-Fit Replacement — Engineered to connect at the factory hose routing points on DCA60SSAI and DCA60SSI2 units, seating correctly against existing clamps and fittings without modification.
- Compatible Models — Confirmed fitment for Multiquip DCA60SSAI and DCA60SSI2 ultra-silent diesel generators.
- Coolant Leak Prevention — A worn or cracked radiator hose can cause coolant loss, leading to overheating and generator shutdown; replacing with the correct OEM hose restores a fully sealed cooling path.
- Thermal and Pressure Rated — Constructed to withstand the operating temperatures and coolant pressures specific to these diesel-powered generator engines, resisting premature softening or cracking over extended service cycles.
The radiator hose carries coolant between the engine and the radiator, forming a critical link in the generator's thermal management system. When the engine generates heat during operation, coolant absorbs that heat and is routed through the hose to the radiator where it is dissipated. A hose that has hardened, cracked, or softened with age will leak coolant or restrict flow, causing the engine to overheat and the generator to shut down — often at the worst possible moment on a jobsite.
