Multiquip 0728001920 Hose Band

The Multiquip 0728001920 Hose Band is a genuine OEM component designed for the DCA-220SSK, DCA-300SSK, DCA-300SSK2, DCA-300SSK3, and DCA-800SSK super-silent diesel generator series. Sourced directly from Multiquip, this hose band delivers the exact fit and material specification required by the original design. It is compatible across multiple DCA super-silent generator configurations, including fleet and specialty variants in the DCA-220SSK and DCA-800SSK families. Keeping the correct hose band in place ensures coolant and fluid lines stay properly secured during operation.

Key Features

• Genuine OEM Clamping Integrity — Manufactured to the original compression and band-width specification, ensuring consistent sealing force without over-tightening or slippage on the hose fitting.
• Direct Swap Installation — Matches the original mounting diameter and fastener type, so it seats onto existing hose connections without reworking the line or fitting.
• Broad DCA Series Coverage — Confirmed fit for DCA-220SSK, DCA-300SSK, DCA-300SSK2, DCA-300SSK3, and DCA-800SSK super-silent diesel generator models.
• Sustained Fluid-Line Security — A properly torqued hose band prevents coolant or fluid weeps that can escalate into overheating events or unplanned generator shutdowns on the job.
• Fuel and Coolant System Safety — On diesel generator applications, a failed or missing hose band can allow flammable or hot fluids to contact engine surfaces; using the correct OEM band maintains the integrity of the original fluid-routing design.

A hose band — commonly referred to as a hose clamp — secures flexible hoses to their fittings within the engine's coolant, fuel, or air-intake circuits. By maintaining consistent radial clamping force around the hose collar, it prevents fluid from seeping past the connection point under pressure or vibration. When a hose band loosens, cracks, or corrodes through, the hose can work free, leading to coolant loss, fuel leaks, or air intrusion that disrupts generator performance and can cause thermal damage to the engine.
